Comfy beds, fabulous bathroom amenities, lovely location. Rooftop pool was a highlight. Staff were polite, helpful and added special touches to the stay.

We loved the hotel! The staff were amazing, always helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed and pillows we've ever experienced. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including the TV, WiFi, and room service. The location was perfect, in an elegant area close to the shops in the Salamanca area and near a subway station for easy access to the city center.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the metro stations and shopping streets. the staff was friendly and helpful, and quickly resolved any issues we had. the rooms were comfortable, with cozy beds and a clean bathroom. We also enjoyed the popcorn service, which made our movie night in the room feel like a cinema experience.

The check-in time was a bit late for our liking, and it would have been more convenient if the in-room dining menu was available on the TV instead of having to download an app. the lighting in the room was also quite dim, making it difficult to read at night, and the small windows didn't allow much natural sunlight into the room.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions such as the Prado Museum and shopping areas. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped with a large and bright bathroom, offering separate shower and toilet stalls. The breakfast buffet is impressive, with a variety of options including delectable churros with warm chocolate sauce.

The hotel could improve on addressing issues promptly, such as providing a replacement room for guests who encounter strong smells, as it can affect the overall experience.

We had an amazing weekend at Barcelo Emperatriz! The staff was extremely polite and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with the biggest bed we've ever slept in. The complimentary bottle of bubbly was a nice touch. The attention to detail, from the toiletries to the service, was top-notch. We also loved the perfect location, close to the business neighborhood and with easy access to metro stations. Even though there were a few minor disturbances, like the lack of proper soundproofing and the hard mattress, overall we were more than satisfied with our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a perfect weekend getaway.

From check-in to check-out, the service we received at this hotel was immaculate. the staff was attentive, courteous, and went out of their way to cater to our every need. the room was spacious and elegantly furnished, with exclusive amenities that made our stay more luxurious. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were the perfect places to unwind and take in the spectacular city views.

While the restaurant had an impressive menu, the food quality and presentation did not meet our expectations for a luxury hotel. this minor issue was quickly resolved by the efficient staff who offered alternative options and ensured our satisfaction.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were the perfect place to unwind and take in the city's skyline. the massage and beauty treatments were top, notch and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I also appreciated the private facilities such as the in, room breakfast and snack bar.

The only minor issue was the occasional maintenance issue in my room. There were a couple of loose sockets and a broken bathroom mirror hinge.
